The government endorsed a decision for suspending the participation of Bulgarian military in the operation of the International forces for security maintenance (ISAF) in Afghanistan as of 31 December, 2014. The decision further reads that as of 1 November 110 Bulgarian military are to take part in the new NATO-led mission in Afghanistan entitled Resolute Support.
