The document is developed by several ministries: the Bulgarian Ministry of Interior, the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice, the Bulgarian Ministry of Labor and Social Policy and the Ministry of Finance. It offers legislative, institutional and organizational measures. This country’s government undertakes measures for prevention, qualification, protection, recovery and reintegration of the victims of domestic violence. The fulfillment of the programme is financed through the State Budget Act.
