President Rumen Radev has demanded the resignation of the head of the National Service for Protection, Gen. Krassimir Stanchev. The request is in connection with the letters sent by the NSP to the responsible institutions for restricting the access of citizens to Rosenets Park, the press office of the head of state announced.

Earlier today, GERB also demanded the resignation of the head of the NSP and at an emergency briefing Prime Minister Boyko Borissov announced that it was the service that demanded a ban on the sailing of ships and land access to the area around the summer residence of honorary MRF chairman Ahmed Dogan until September 15.
