Bulgaria’s Minister of Education and Science Krasimir Valchev proposed to this country’s cabinet a National Program named "Promoting higher education in Bulgaria and facilitating the access to application for persons of Bulgarian nationality living abroad".

The electronic platform will allow every Bulgarian or foreign applicant to find objective information about the specialties taught at the Bulgarian universities. On the other hand, the universities will be able to promote their best training programmes in Bulgarian, English and other foreign languages. The implementation deadline is 3 years. The estimated budget of the programme amounts to EUR 1.25 million, reported BTA.
