After July 12, all cars in Bulgaria must have an eco-sticker with a chip. The microchip will contain information about the vehicle’s emission standard and registration number, as well as information about the car owner. This would make the annual technical inspections much quicker and accurate, car expert Rumen Dunev said for BNT.
