As of today, November 4, the planned admission and the planned surgical operations in the medical establishments across Bulgaria are temporarily suspended. This was ordered by the Minister of Health Dr. Stoycho Katsarov in an order issued yesterday.
The vaccination certificates will be in effect 15 days after the first dose of the two-dose, as well as the one-dose vaccines is administered.
