Intensive negotiations are planned for the weekend on drafting the coalition agreement among the parties, possible partners in the new government – We Continue the Change, the Bulgarian Socialist Party, There Is Such a People and Democratic Bulgaria.

This was announced by Kiril Petkov, co-chair of We Continue the Change on the sidelines of parliament today. If the negotiations are successful the agreement is scheduled to be signed at the beginning of next week, BNR’s Maria Fileva reports. Only then will specific names for the ministerial posts be discussed.

“We want each of the groups to feel it is represented proportionally in the government. We believe that a government is sustainable when each side takes part with their top experts in the spheres that are important to Bulgaria at this time,” Kiril Petkov said.
