“The people making the decision to send military aid to Ukraine should, first, think of the security of the Bulgarian citizens,” President Rumen Radev said in Plovdiv.
According to Radev, the current militaristic sentiments do not take account of the fact that “we share a real common border of war, we have a huge historical diaspora” in Ukraine.
