Kiril Petkov: The mandate for a new cabinet will be returned

Outgoing Prime Minister Kiril Petkov said that the We Continue the Change party will return the mandate to form a new cabinet. He expects this to lead to a political crisis that "will cost Bulgarian citizens a lot". According to him, it will lead to missed opportunities to pass the bills needed for the Recovery and Sustainability Plan, changes in the anti-corruption commission, etc. 
Kiril Petkov added that his party would support "everything", except partnership with Delyan Peevski, Boyko Borisov and Slavi Trifonov. 
On the occasion of today's opening of the IGB interconnector with Greece, Kiril Petkov said he expected Azeri gas to start flowing in August. In his words, currently the price of Azeri gas is equivalent to that of Gazprom, but after the launch of the new gas interconnector it will drop by 30%.
