Denitsa Zlateva has been appointed as Executive Director of Bulgargaz

Denitsa Zlateva has been appointed as the new Executive Director of the state-owned company Bulgargaz. Denitsa Zlateva has replaced Lyudmil Yotsov, who was appointed by Kiril Petkov’s government. 

Zlateva has been an administrative director at Bulgargaz for nearly two years. She has vast managerial experience in the private sector. Zlateva also served in the legislative and executive power branches. She has held management positions in an international company, and in politics she has mainly dealt with foreign policy issues, the press service of Bulgargaz said. 

Denitsa Zlateva was a member of the 42nd National Assembly, where she headed the Parliamentary Committee on European Affairs and Oversight of the European Funds. In 2017, she became carateker Deputy Prime Minister for the preparation of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU.
