Doctors and pharmacists will have access to data on the availability of stocks of medicines in warehouses, Health Minister Assen Medzhidiev announced, noting that this is one of the measures to combat the shortage of certain medicines in this country.

New life-saving medicines will be added to the list of drugs monitored by the state, the export of which may be prohibited in the event of a significant drop in stocks. Doctors will receive daily information on the shortage or out-of-stock status of medicines so that they can decide which medicines to prescribe.
