The Greek police detained a Bulgarian wanted by the US for the illegal sale of American high-tech components for military purposes in Russia. The Bulgarian citizen is in a prison near Thessaloniki as he is wanted for "fraud against the U.S. government", BNR correspondent in Greece, Katia Peeva, reports.
For 5 years the detainee had been buying microchips from USA, which he then sold to Russia through his company in Bulgaria, despite the sanctions.
