The festival presents the neighbourhood's opportunities for culture, sports, activities for the whole family, connection with nature, educational events. The event is a community initiative as the mission is to present the good examples of good neighbourliness and the symbiosis between the present and history.

This year the festival program includes more than 100 events – short films, concerts and parties, lectures, tours, activities for children. During the hot days of August, many activities will also take place along the Yantra River. One of the events there is a light procession, which recalls of the forgotten purpose of the river - for transport, recreation and rowing. The participants intend to clean the banks around the Stambolov Bridge before marching under it.

Another highlight of the third edition of the festival is music. In the surveys during the previous editions, the residents of the city said that the music program was something that helped them get to know new artists and music with a different sound. Organizers promise to provide similar emotions this year, as well.
