The main goal is to have no distortions in the election process, no violations in conducting the elections. This was what caretaker Prime Minister Dimitar Glavchev said at today’s government meeting.

"As the question of how the Ministry of Interior does its work is very topical, I will say that we have received 168 reports, of which 60 are pre-trial proceedings, 587 protocols have been written, 30 people have been detained and 160 specialized police operations have been conducted. The work is still ongoing," Glavchev pointed out. "We are working according to the current legislation and we also strive to ensure the fairness of machine voting," the Prime Minister also said.
