President Rumen Radev met with Bulgarians living and working in Singapore during his visit to the Asian country on November 22-24. There are an estimated 400 Bulgarians living in Singapore.

The Bulgarian President receives a book from fellow countryman Martin Angelov.
"Our diaspora in Singapore occupies a very special place among the Bulgarian communities abroad because it is the best educated diaspora. There are leading specialists in their fields, starting with finance, IT, high-tech, business, culture and sports," the president was quoted as saying by BTA.

Later in the day, Rumen Radev, along with representatives of the Bulgarian business community, will visit the Punggol Digital District, an innovative economic zone that brings together entrepreneurial and scientific activities to facilitate partnerships and the exchange of ideas and resources, BNT reported.
