Cloudy weather with rain and snow

On Monday there will be considerable clouds over most of the country, with rain and snow in some parts of Bulgaria. There will be a light, in the Eastern part of the country to moderate Northerly wind. Minimum temperatures minus 1° C., - 4° C., for Sofia minus 1° C., maximum temperatures 6-11° C., for Sofia 7° C.

Over the mountains there will be considerable clouds with snow in isolated parts. There will be a light to moderate, on higher ground in Mount Rila and Pirin moderate to strong wind from the North-Northeast. Maximum temperature at an altitude of 1,200 m. around 2° C., at 2,000 m. around minus 4° C.

Over the Black Sea coast the weather will be mostly cloudy, no precipitation is in the forecast. There will be a moderate Northerly wind. Maximum temperature 6-7° C., temperature of the sea water 5-6° C., sea state 2-3 and declining.
