Roxana Minzatu, European Commission Executive Vice-President for skills, education, quality jobs and social rights is arriving on a two-day visit to Bulgaria, the Bulgarian news agency BTA reports. Roxana Minzatu will take part in the Green Transition Forum 5.0, dedicated to green innovation and sustainable development in Central and Eastern Europe.
