With 24.5% voter support, GERB-SDS continues to hold a lead over the other political forces. This is according to a nationally representative survey conducted by the Gallup International Balkan polling agency between 28 May and 4 June 2025, financed by the agency itself.
DPS-New Beginning ranks second with 15.7%. This comes against the backdrop of the conclusion of the legal dispute over the party's name, a development which sociologists say has a legitimising effect.
We Continue the Change–Democratic Bulgaria (PP–DB) currently has 14.2% support. A major problem for the coalition is its lack of political homogeneity and the diverse messages it sends out. An example of this is the potential vote of no confidence in the government: the PP has indicated its willingness to take such action following the decision of the European institutions on the euro, whereas the DB has distanced itself from this initiative.
Close behind PP-DB is the Vazrazhdane Party with 13.4% support, while the Bulgarian Socialist Party (BSP) has 7%. The BSP's participation in the government has so far halted the erosion of electoral support seen in recent years.
The There Is Such a People Party (ITN) also maintains a stable position with 5.1% support. MECH registers 5.5% support. The Alliance for Rights and Freedoms has declined to 3.9%. Velichie registers 3.7% support. According to sociologists, the main problem facing the party is its failure to convey meaningful messages to voters.
