Taking responsibility is a step towards restoring trust in the coalition. This is how PP-DB MP Ivaylo Mirchev commented on Kiril Petkov's resignation and defined it as a reasonable and responsible act, BGNES reported.
At the beginning of today's plenary day, Mirchev commented that on June 25, a Coalition Council was held with "We Continue the Change", at which it was decided that PP would convene a forum to announce the next steps for resolving the current crisis.
"We will not split the coalition for the pleasure of Borissov and Peevski," Ivaylo Mirchev also said.
