A new airline will connect Bucharest and Sofia from October 1. This was announced by the Bulgarian Ambassador to Romania Radko Vlaykov and the co-owner of the Romanian airline AnimaWings Cristian Pandel.

At the Bulgarian embassy in Bucharest and in the presence of representatives of travel agencies from Romania and businessmen from the Bulgarian-Romanian Chamber of Commerce and the Bulgaria-Romania Bilateral Chamber of Commerce, the two symbolically placed Sofia on the signboard with the company's destinations, alongside Stockholm, Prague, Paris, Dubai, Istanbul, Timisoara and Cluj-Napoca.

"Welcome to Terminal Bulgaria," said the head of the trade and economic affairs department Ivaylo Marinov.

The Sofia-Bucharest flights will be operated every working day, from Monday to Friday, with new aircraft manufactured in Canada, BTA reports.
