The Consul General of Bulgaria in Los Angeles Boyko Hristov met with David Stirling, Founding Executive and Chair of the Board of doTERRA International in Pleasant Grove, Utah, the Consulate General announced on its Facebook page. The company is a world leader in the production of essential oils and one of the most significant American investors in Bulgaria.

The company has built two modern distillation factories in the region of Dobrich, as well as a specialized distillery for rose oil in the heart of the Rose Valley. Some of the company's highest-quality oils are produced in Bulgaria.

During the conversation, which took place at the company's headquarters, David Stirling said that regardless of doTERRA's global production, Bulgarian oils are among the best, and rose oil is an unrivalled world leader.
