Varna will host forum on Bulgaria's Black Sea coast in the tourist market

Varna is hosting the 18th Black Sea Tourism Forum on the topic "Positions of the Bulgarian Black Sea coast in the tourism market - challenges and prospects". The organizer of the discussions, which will take place on October 30 and 31 in our Black Sea capital, is the Varna Tourist Chamber.

Experts will discuss the possibilities for reorienting from traditional purely sea tourism to cultural, urban, event, sports, medical and wellness tourism, especially in the pre- and post-season.

Another important topic is the improvement of air and land connectivity, especially against the backdrop of Bulgaria's accession to Schengen. Experts report that the Romanian market has already established itself as key for Bulgaria's northern Black Sea coast, while traditional Western European markets remain permanently contracted.

This necessitates the need to improve products and communications, also tailored to tourists from other important EU destinations for us.
