November is the Month of Bulgarian-American Friendship in Las Vegas and Clark County

At the initiative of the Consul General of Bulgaria in Los Angeles Boyko Hristov, the month of November 2025 has been officially declared the "Month of Bulgarian-American Friendship" in Las Vegas and Clark County - one of the most significant cultural and economic regions of the USA. This was announced on Facebook by the Consulate General in Los Angeles.

The entire month of November will be dedicated to Bulgarian-American friendship, mutual respect and common values ​​that have connected the two nations for more than a century, the Bulgarian representation writes.

The official proclamations declaring the month of friendship were issued by Las Vegas Mayor Shelley Berkley and Clark County Commission Chairman Tick Segerblom. They point out the strong ties established between Bulgaria and Nevada, as well as the contribution of the Bulgarian community to the American state.

"This recognition is a symbol not only of respect for Bulgaria, but also of the deep friendship between our peoples. The Bulgarian community in Nevada is part of the heart of this society - it builds bridges, culture and trust," Consul General Boyko Hristov said during the ceremony.
