Lukoil says it would not interrupt its activities and fuel supply in Bulgaria

The companies of Lukoil will continue to operate with full transparency and fuel supplies will not be interrupted. This is written in a statement from the Russian oil company, signed by the newly appointed special commercial manager Rumen Spetsov. The Lukoil group of companies in Bulgaria remains firmly committed to maintaining stability, predictability and security in the energy sector and strict financial control will be applied in absolute compliance with international regulations and sanction regimes, the statement from Lukoil also reads.

Rumen Spetsov will be a legal representative of the refinery in Burgas together with Evgeni Manyakhin, a Russian with a Swiss passport, chairman of the management board.
