The EU cannot intervene in the relations between a member country and an applicant country,” Germany’s ambassador to North Macedonia Anke Holstein said during the opening addresses of the joint presidency of the Berlin Process, delivered by the Foreign Minister of North Macedonia Bujar Osmani and the ambassador of Bulgaria Angel Angelov.
