The competition will be held on December 19 this year under the slogan "Imagine". After a five-year break, Bulgaria returns to the prestigious international forum and will be represented by Denislava Dimitrova and Martin Stoyanov with the song Voice of Love. The two young performers worked together for 4 years at the Studio for Pop-Rock Singers at the Youth Centre in Bulgaria’s Dobrich. They have many joint performances at national and international competitions and festivals.
12-year-old Denislava has been singing since she was 6 years old, and her other passion is modern ballet. Her partner, 13-year-old Martin, in addition to singing in Bulgarian, Italian, Russian and English, plays the piano and already composes.
This will be Bulgaria's 6th participation in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest, as in 2015 Bulgaria hosted the musical talents from Europe. The official presentation of the song Voice of Love on the Bulgarian National Television is forthcoming. We wish success to our young hopes!
