Bulgarians in Greece urged to follow all instructions of local authorities regarding risk of fires

The fires raging on the territory of Greece continue also today. One of the most affected places is the island of Rhodes, where the fire continues for the fifth day, as a result of which thousands of people were evacuated from coastal villages and resorts.

The Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Athens strongly recommends to Bulgarian citizens, temporarily or permanently residing in the areas of fires in Greece, to follow the announcements and necessarily implement all the recommendations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece, which are available in Greek and English, reports the press center of the Bulgarian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The local authorities in Greece advise all citizens to call 112 directly if they need help.
